JazzWorld has announced a strategic cross-border partnership with QazCode LLP aimed at accelerating artificial intelligence (AI) and software exports while strengthening digital trade between Pakistan and Kazakhstan. The collaboration positions JazzWorld, along with its software and technology arm Teknosys and fellow VEON group company Beeline Kazakhstan, alongside QazCode LLP to create a regional innovation and market expansion model. The partnership is designed to enable Pakistani technology solutions to scale into Central Asia and beyond, reinforcing the country’s growing presence as a competitive digital exporter.

Under the MoU, the partners will jointly develop and commercialize AI-driven products, exchange engineering best practices, and establish structured innovation pipelines across telecom, enterprise, and public-sector use cases. Emphasis will be placed on building export-ready digital platforms that combine local innovation with access to regional markets. The collaboration is also expected to explore advanced areas such as cloud infrastructure, high-performance computing, cybersecurity, and responsible AI, supported through joint R&D labs, testbeds, and proof-of-concept projects.

Talent development and capability building are core to the initiative. Joint training programs, research initiatives, staff exchanges, and pilot projects will be implemented to strengthen expertise in AI engineering, data science, and product management. The goal is to accelerate the translation of innovation into commercial outcomes while creating skilled jobs and fostering sustainable growth. A Joint Steering Committee will be established to monitor progress, set strategic priorities, and ensure accountability, meeting at least quarterly to oversee execution and identify new growth opportunities.

The partnership agreement will initially be in effect for three years, with opportunities to expand through project-specific agreements. Aamir Ibrahim, CEO of JazzWorld, emphasized the focus on combining scale and market access with engineering capabilities to create export-ready platforms that deliver economic value. QazCode LLP CEO Oleksii Sharavar highlighted the shared vision of turning AI into tangible business and societal impact. Industry analysts view the MoU as a significant milestone in JazzWorld’s transition from a digital operator to a regional technology and innovation leader, reflecting the maturity of Pakistan’s AI and software ecosystem and the importance of cross-border collaboration in scaling digital exports responsibly.
