The IEEE Communications Society chapter at UET Faisalabad held a webinar exploring the fundamentals of wireless channels, covering how wireless signals travel, what affects signal quality, and how these principles connect to the development of 5G and 6G networks. The session was organized by COMSOC IEEE UET FSD and held on August 20 via Google Meet, led by Dr. Zaid Ahmad as the featured speaker.
The webinar aimed to give students a foundational understanding of wireless communication, an area central to electrical and telecommunication engineering coursework and increasingly relevant as next generation network technologies continue to develop.
