JazzCash is one of the fastest mobile financial services in Pakistan that is committed to grow and come up with innovative solutions for their users. Recently, JazzCash has partnered with Medicount a leading financial and advisory services provider in the area of consumer health management.

Through the partnership they have launched a service called the Healthpass. The product allows customers to get discounts of up to 20% on healthcare expenses by paying through JazzCash Quick Response (QR).

Chief MFS and Digital Officer JazzCash Aamer Eijaz speaking on the occasion said, “We have a great ambition to roll this product out to other health care providers nationwide. The idea is to gradually implement a cashless culture, which promotes convenience and safety in financial transactions online.”

The Healthpass feature frees up the consumers from the need to have physical cash readily available in their wallets. Using JazzCash guarantees the customers a discount. The medical bill is automatically deducted from JazzCash users’ mobile wallets once they scan the QR code.

Saira Faysal, CEO Healthpass speaking on the occasion said,“Healthpass is a free digital platform that supports all Pakistanis from all backgrounds, to improve health expenditure management. It also allows its consumers to find quality healthcare services nearby; pay using JazzCash and earn instant discounts on every medical payment.”

For now, Healthpass is available at all branches of the renowned Islamabad Diagnostic Center. However, they plan to expand to multiple cities through hundreds of health providers such as hospitals, labs and pharmacies with even more discounts.
