The Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) has extended the deadline for submitting e-bids for the outsourcing, operation, management, maintenance and commercialization of IT Park Islamabad. Interested and eligible bidders can now submit their proposals through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 by October 20, 2026, at 3:00 PM. The bids will be opened online at 3:30 PM on the same day. The tender is being processed as a single-stage, two-envelope procedure.

The opportunity covers the operation and commercial management of IT Park Islamabad on an “as is where is” basis. PSEB has invited eligible firms and companies to participate, with bidders required to be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for income tax and sales tax and listed on the Active Taxpayer List. Electronic submission through EPADS v2.0 is mandatory, and manual bids will not be accepted. The bidding documents, terms, conditions and technical requirements are available through the EPADS platform under the relevant disposal activity.

The IT Park Islamabad opportunity has been listed under Disposal Activity ID D11079, with the tender carrying an earnest money requirement of Rs3.6 million. EPADS lists the reserve price for the opportunity at Rs728 million. The facility is located on Park Road, Jinnah Avenue, also referred to as Kuri Road, in Islamabad. The procurement documents identify PSEB as the procuring agency, while the process is being conducted under the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2024.

IT Park Islamabad has been planned as a major technology-focused facility intended to support collaboration between academia, research institutions and the IT industry. The project is designed to provide office and business facilities for PSEB-registered companies, while supporting entrepreneurship, innovation, consultancy and commercialization of knowledge. With the extended bidding deadline, interested entities now have additional time to review the requirements and submit their proposals through EPADS. The latest tender listing confirms October 20, 2026, at 3:00 PM as the submission deadline.
