Despite having long marketed goods in Pakistan, the American technology company Seagate has just lately opened an official office there. Currently, Seagate has authorised distributors and resellers in Pakistan, including Daraz, ICT Traders, and DigiStor.

The data came from the official Seagate website, which had recently included Pakistan to its list of countries having local availability.

When you select Pakistan, the aforementioned local distributors and resellers are shown. As a consequence of this accomplishment, Seagate is now able to provide a complete manufacturer warranty, lower pricing, and more products in Pakistan.

Their products are offered on Daraz and at more local retailers including Computer Zone.

For the uninitiated, Shugart Technology was the initial name of the 1978-founded American data storage company Seagate.

The company is currently known for its solid state drives and internal and external hard disc drives (HDDs) (SSDs).

CWPK Legacy
Launched in 1967 internationally, ComputerWorld is the oldest tech magazine/media property in the world. In Pakistan, ComputerWorld was launched in 1995. Initially providing news to IT executives only, once CIO Pakistan, its sister brand from the same family, was launched and took over the enterprise reporting domain in Pakistan, CWPK has emerged as a holistic technology media platform reporting everything tech in the country. It remains the oldest continuous IT publishing brand in the country and in 2025 is set to turn 30 years old, which will be its biggest benchmark and a legacy it hopes to continue for years to come. CWPK is part of the SPIN/IDG Wakhan media umbrella.
