QBS Leadership Institute (QBSLI) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with syslab.ai to integrate AI-powered digital learning into its corporate learning ecosystem. The agreement was signed during ITCN Asia by Aleshba Hasan, Chief Programme Architect at QBS Leadership Institute, and Dr. Jawwad Shamsi, CEO of syslab.ai. The collaboration is focused on combining QBSLI’s facilitated corporate learning programs with technology-enabled learning journeys that can continue beyond conventional training sessions. The initiative is expected to introduce greater use of artificial intelligence and digital tools into the institute’s approach to professional development and corporate capability building.
Through the collaboration, QBSLI plans to complement its expert-led training programs with digital learning experiences designed around personalised content delivery, learner analytics, performance tracking and continued engagement. Rather than limiting learning to scheduled classroom or facilitated sessions, the technology-enabled model is intended to provide learners with continued access to relevant content and activities after the completion of formal training interventions. The use of learner analytics can also provide organisations with information about engagement and performance, potentially allowing training providers and corporate teams to better understand how participants interact with learning material.
The partnership brings together QBSLI’s experience in leadership and corporate capability development with syslab.ai’s focus on technology-enabled learning solutions. AI-based learning platforms can support organisations by adapting content to different learner requirements, tracking progress and providing data that can be used to assess training outcomes. For corporate learning providers, such tools also offer opportunities to connect facilitated sessions with ongoing digital engagement, creating a learning process that extends beyond a single workshop or training programme. QBSLI said the collaboration is intended to bring expert-led learning, practical application and digital continuity together within an integrated experience.
