On 20 February 2026, PASHA hosted an in person masterclass in Lahore titled “Building a Predictable Revenue Engine for Tech Services Companies,” bringing together technology leaders and industry professionals to discuss structured growth strategies for the services sector. The session was organized by Syeda Safa H., Skills Development Associate at PASHA, as part of the association’s ongoing efforts to strengthen business capabilities within Pakistan’s information technology ecosystem. The event focused on enabling tech services firms to move beyond irregular project pipelines and adopt systematic approaches for consistent revenue generation and sustainable expansion.
The masterclass was led by Vic Ahmed, a technology entrepreneur and startup expert, who shared practical frameworks designed to help founders and senior executives establish predictable revenue streams. Drawing from his experience in scaling ventures, Ahmed emphasized the importance of clearly defined value propositions, repeatable sales processes, and long term client relationship management. He explained that many technology services companies struggle not because of a lack of technical expertise, but due to gaps in structured business development and revenue forecasting. By adopting disciplined sales methodologies and aligning delivery capabilities with market demand, firms can reduce volatility and build stronger financial stability.
Adding further depth to the discussion, Amir Zahoor Khan, Senior Trainer at Exelon Management Consultants, contributed insights on soft skills and leadership development as critical components of revenue growth. He highlighted that predictable performance is closely tied to effective communication, team alignment, and strategic decision making at the leadership level. According to Khan, building a sustainable revenue engine requires not only technical systems and sales strategies but also resilient leadership that can guide teams through competitive market conditions. Participants engaged in interactive exchanges on how organizational culture, accountability structures, and continuous learning can enhance long term performance.
The masterclass concluded with appreciation for attendees who contributed to the session’s collaborative atmosphere. Through initiatives such as this, PASHA continues to support the development of business acumen within Pakistan’s technology sector under the broader vision of Tech Destination Pakistan. By equipping tech leaders with practical tools for predictable revenue and leadership effectiveness, the association aims to strengthen the foundation of the country’s growing services-driven digital economy.
