Atomcamp, in collaboration with Ministry of IT and Telecommunication and CSA Pakistan, has announced a Training of Trainers Workshop on AI adoption in the public sector, scheduled to be held on October 13 and 14, 2025, at CSA Walton, Lahore. The event aims to equip civil service leaders and public sector representatives with the knowledge and tools needed to integrate artificial intelligence into governance and administrative processes.
The workshop will see participation from Civil Service Training Institutes and will also welcome senior officials and experts with hands-on experience in AI and digital technologies. By focusing on public sector adoption, the initiative underscores the growing recognition of AI’s role in policy implementation, decision-making, and service delivery. Organizers highlighted that AI can improve efficiency in government operations, streamline workflows, and enable data-driven insights that support evidence-based policies, ultimately improving outcomes for citizens.
With governments worldwide exploring AI for smart governance, Pakistan’s public sector has started laying the groundwork for responsible AI adoption. This workshop is designed to train trainers who can then carry forward the knowledge into various civil service institutions, ensuring a multiplier effect in skills dissemination. Participants will gain insights into practical applications, ethical considerations, and strategies for embedding AI solutions within existing frameworks. This is particularly important for areas such as resource allocation, citizen services, infrastructure planning, and regulatory processes, where efficiency and foresight are critical.
The event will be conducted free of charge, making it accessible to a wide group of stakeholders. Interested individuals are encouraged to apply through the official registration form, with selected participants to be contacted directly. By fostering collaboration between academia, government, and technology experts, the workshop reflects a commitment to building capacity within Pakistan’s public institutions for a digital future where innovation plays a central role.
