The Dawood Foundation and Siemens Pakistan have signed an agreement through which Siemens Pakistan has contributed PKR 1 million to support visits to the TDF MagnifiScience Centre for underprivileged children. The contribution is intended to make hands-on STEM and science learning experiences more accessible to children from diverse economic backgrounds who might not otherwise have the opportunity to visit such a facility.
The MagnifiScience Centre operates as an interactive science and technology learning space, giving children practical exposure to STEM concepts through hands-on exhibits rather than traditional classroom instruction alone. Through this collaboration, more underprivileged children will be able to access the centre’s science based programming, giving them early exposure to scientific thinking and experimentation that could help shape their interest in STEM subjects going forward.
The Dawood Foundation thanked Siemens Pakistan for supporting inclusive learning and investing in the future of the country’s youth, framing the contribution as part of a broader effort to widen access to quality science education across different economic backgrounds.
