The Parwaaz Card Job Seeker Portal is now live, giving Pakistanis an online platform to search and apply for overseas employment opportunities. The portal, operated through the Punjab Skills Development Fund, connects job seekers directly with overseas vacancies posted by registered Overseas Employment Promoters, digitizing what has traditionally been a more fragmented and manual job search process for those seeking work abroad.
According to the official Parwaaz Card website, job seekers can browse available overseas opportunities and move from applicant to job holder once they secure an offer through the platform. Several vacancies are currently listed for the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Kyrgyzstan, spanning fields including transport, construction and textiles, with some listings offering salaries of up to AED 4,500 per month depending on the specific position.
Among the listings currently available, one of the largest postings covers 100 Light Vehicle Driver positions in the UAE, offering a salary of AED 4,500 with an application deadline of October 30, 2026. The portal also lists 15 Sewing Machine Operator jobs in Kyrgyzstan offering KGS 39,353, along with 80 vacancies for Oil and Gas Well Lining Workers in Saudi Arabia at SAR 1,200, and 77 Helper and Unskilled Labor positions in the UAE at AED 1,400, together accounting for more than 270 overseas job openings currently listed on the platform.
Applicants can visit the official Parwaaz Card Job Seeker Portal to browse available vacancies, with each listing showing key details including job title, number of positions, country, salary, posting date and application deadline. Candidates are advised to confirm salary, destination country, job title, vacancy numbers and closing dates before applying, and to rely exclusively on the official portal for verified vacancy details, reflecting a broader effort to consolidate overseas job search and verification into a single, centrally managed digital platform.
