10Pearls Pakistan is organizing Women Tech Quest 2026, a nationwide competition designed to give women in technology an opportunity to test their skills, connect with peers in the industry, and compete for prizes. The event is scheduled to take place simultaneously in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad on October 10, 2026.
The competition is structured around three AI powered tracks, covering Build with AI, Imagine with AI and Validate with AI, allowing participants to compete based on their specific area of interest, whether that involves coding, design or testing. This track based structure is intended to give participants with different technical backgrounds a way to engage with the competition according to their particular strengths, rather than requiring everyone to compete within a single skill set.
Beyond the competitive element, the event is positioned as an opportunity for participants to learn from industry experts and connect with the broader tech community, with organizers describing it as a chance to open doors to new opportunities within the technology sector. The event has drawn support and involvement from a number of organizations and individuals, including the Pakistan Software Houses Association, OPEN Islamabad, Canva, Lahore University of Management Sciences, LUMS Women in Computing, the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, and the National Aerospace Science and Technology Park.
Interested participants can register for Women Tech Quest 2026 through the event’s official website. The initiative adds to a growing number of programs in Pakistan specifically aimed at increasing women’s participation in the technology sector, with organizers framing the competition as both a skills building exercise and a networking opportunity for women working or studying in tech related fields across the country.
