SCENTS N SECRETS, one of Pakistan’s leading premium fragrance brands, has introduced an advanced Agentic chatbot across its Instagram and Facebook Messenger platforms, with a WhatsApp rollout in the pipeline. The deployment marks a major step for the direct-to-consumer brand in automating digital engagement and streamlining e-commerce operations. By integrating natively with Shopify and Asaan Retail, the chatbot offers customers personalized real-time product and order updates, including order placement, while also leveraging powerful multilingual capabilities to support a wider customer base. What makes the system distinctive is its ability to build context from shared images, such as order screenshots or product photos, enhancing the accuracy and speed of customer interactions.

Within just a week of its launch, the chatbot has demonstrated its impact by handling over 4,000 customer messages. Beyond automating responses, it has successfully processed customer orders, provided instant updates, and seamlessly transferred conversations to live agents when required. This balance between automation and human support ensures that SCENTS N SECRETS customers benefit from both efficiency and personalized assistance. The innovation aligns with the brand’s customer-first strategy, where technology is not only used to scale operations but also to enhance overall shopping experiences in a highly competitive retail market.

Behind this deployment is the collaboration between SCENTS N SECRETS and technology partners, with co-creation shaped by the entrepreneurial vision of Muddabbir Ali. His insights into direct-to-consumer brands and willingness to embrace innovation have played a central role in building an Agentic system tailored to the needs of the fragrance industry. The chatbot reflects an evolution in how local brands are adapting AI-driven solutions to strengthen customer retention, simplify order flows, and bridge the gap between digital discovery and final purchase. For Pakistan’s e-commerce sector, such moves highlight the rising importance of AI and automation in driving consumer engagement and loyalty.

Looking ahead, SCENTS N SECRETS plans to expand automation into social media engagement beyond direct messaging. Work is already underway to enable the Agentic chatbot to manage Facebook and Instagram comment sections, where it will generate replies that consider the image or video context of a post. This feature could transform how brands in Pakistan interact with customers at scale, turning every comment thread into a potential sales channel while maintaining a personalized touch. As more local businesses experiment with AI-driven tools, initiatives like these underline how direct-to-consumer companies are reshaping the country’s digital commerce landscape with innovation at the center.
