Opensignal, a top worldwide analytics firm that specialises in measuring the user experience on mobile networks, has named Pakistani telecom carrier Ufone 4G as the best 4G service provider in Pakistan.

According to the worldwide analyst’s insight study “Pakistan Mobile Network Experience Report August 2022,” which also identifies the firm as the most Consistent Quality Network in Pakistan, Ufone 4G outperformed other operators in numerous metrics of the “Overall Experience” under the 4G subset.

The unbiased analyses serve as a validation of Ufone 4G’s 4G service delivery practises at the highest level. The firm significantly outperformed its rivals in the majority of the 4G subset’s “Overall Experience” measures.

It maintained its position as the overall winner in the category of 4G video experience as well as a joint winner in the category of overall video experience, which rates the calibre of video streams sent to mobile devices by analysing actual video streams through an operator’s networks.

The network also outperform rivals by a wide proportion for both 4G download and upload speeds. Additionally, it was named a joint winner for the 4G Voice App Experience.

Ufone won the awards for “Excellent Consistent Quality” and “Core Consistent Quality” as the network with the highest level of consistency.

According to Opensignal, Consistent Quality quantifies download and upload speeds, latency, jitter, packet loss, time to the first byte, and the percentage of tests attempted that failed due to a connectivity issue on either the download or server response component. It also measures how frequently users’ experiences on a network were sufficient to support the requirements of common applications.
In order to give its consumers an unmatched telecom experience, Ufone 4G purchased 1800Mhz spectrum in 2021 and has since continued to extend its 4G services in Pakistan.

By offering top-notch voice and data services, the transformation raised the standard for service delivery and redefined excellent connection.

The actions enabled Ufone 4G to achieve the fastest industry-wide subscriber acquisition rate in 2022. Ufone 4G went on to register as “Pakistan’s No. 1 Voice and Data Network” on Pakistan Telecom Authority (PTAMobile )’s Networks Benchmark Report 2022 as a result of the ongoing modernization and upgrading of its network.

Ufone 4G is committed to growing its network to reach more customers, particularly in the remote and previously disconnected areas of the nation, while also continuing to engage in research and development to bring its network up to the best international standards.

The organization’s ongoing efforts to provide top-notch telecom services to its clients in an effort to enhance their experiences show the importance of clients in its corporate philosophy, which is expressed in its beloved motto, “Tum Hi To Ho!”
