Jazz Business and The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Pakistan have entered a strategic partnership aimed at strengthening CBTL’s connectivity today while accelerating its digital growth over the longer term. The collaboration begins with core voice and data services, forming the foundation of a broader technology relationship between the two companies.

The partnership is designed to expand progressively into Quantica and a wider suite of Jazz SME solutions, with the goal of driving greater operational efficiency, stronger customer engagement and sustainable business growth for CBTL. This phased approach allows the coffee chain to build on foundational connectivity services before layering in more advanced digital tools as the relationship develops.

Together, Jazz Business and CBTL are positioning the collaboration as the foundation for an integrated business ecosystem, with Jazz SME serving as a long term technology and connectivity partner for the coffeehouse chain. CBTL, which operates in Pakistan as part of the broader Jollibee Group owned international coffee franchise, joins a growing list of retail and hospitality businesses turning to telecom operators for bundled connectivity and digital transformation services.

The partnership reflects Jazz Business’s continued push to position its SME offerings as a comprehensive digital enablement platform for Pakistani businesses across various sectors, extending beyond basic connectivity into value added services designed to support operational efficiency and customer engagement. For CBTL, the collaboration offers a pathway to modernize its underlying technology infrastructure while focusing on its core retail and hospitality operations across its Pakistan locations.
