The Pakistani cinema has lately being turning its attention towards animated movies, the example can be seen with the movie Allahyar and the Legend of Markhor that did really well despite being a small project. The animation in the movie was praised by everyone.
Another animated movie is now on its way and it is called The Donkey King, Geo Films and Talisman Studios have recently released the teaser for the film and the movie is to revolve around a Donkey called Mangu Mangu Jan Mangu and his life ambitions. The 50 second trailer consisted of light and fun music with an excellent attention to detail.

Aziz Jindani talking about The Donkey King to a local newspaper said,
“I was working with Commander Safeguard team back in 2013. That’s when the idea of an animated film that can be relevant to not only kids but adults as well. A story that is appropriate for all ages.”
The movie is all set to a positive message in it and the voice actors for the movie haven’t been disclosed yet. It is set for release on October 13th2018. You can watch the trailer here.
