One of the pizza chains in Pakistan has launched a new form of delivery, something they have been hinting at for quite some time on their social media page. The new system of delivery happens to be via drones and Dominos even held a little competition before announcing the system that gave the customers a chance to experience it if they guessed it correctly.
It is no doubt that this has quickly become the talk of town as it is the first time a food company has attempted this method. However, it is to be noted that Domino’s Pizza is using a limited range drone intended for home use; therefore, the drone doesn’t actually fly from the branch to your home. Instead, a rider parks near your house and operates the drone from a distance which delivers the pizza to your home.
The Domino’s pizza drone delivery system is purely for the amusement of customers. One can use the drone delivery system to surprise friends and family with this unique method of delivery.
However, they haven’t revealed which cities is the drone system operational in but one can find out if they can get their pizza to fly in when placing an order!
