Pakistan is taking a delegation of established technology companies and emerging startups to the United States through Pak–US Tech Connect 2026, a multi-city roadshow aimed at building commercial partnerships and expanding the international reach of its information technology industry. Led by the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), the initiative is connecting Pakistani technology businesses with American enterprise executives, including chief information officers, chief technology officers and other senior decision-makers at Fortune 1000 companies. The roadshow includes engagements in Silicon Valley on October 16, Dallas on October 19, Washington, D.C., on October 21, and Chicago on October 23, 2026. The initiative is intended to create direct business-to-business opportunities for Pakistani firms seeking customers, technology partnerships and investment relationships in the American market. It also reflects a broader effort to present Pakistan as a provider of technology products and services across artificial intelligence, enterprise software, cloud computing and other specialised areas.
The delegation includes 16 established technology companies: Systems Limited, 10Pearls, NETSOL Technologies, IBEX Global Solutions, Techlogix Pakistan, Arbisoft, Folio3 Software, CureMD Healthcare, Tkxel, Strategic Systems International, Emumba, Abacus, TMC, Nextbridge, Excellence Delivered and Addo AI. Their capabilities span artificial intelligence, enterprise applications, fintech, cybersecurity, healthcare technology, data engineering, cloud services and customer experience management. Two startups, Swich and Heyeve.ai, are also participating to represent emerging technology businesses. Swich focuses on fintech and a Web3-based merchant financial operating system, while Heyeve.ai works on immersive, AI-powered legal training. The range of companies illustrates the different services and technology solutions Pakistani firms are presenting to potential American clients. Instead of concentrating exclusively on conventional software development and outsourcing, the delegation also includes businesses working on specialised platforms, enterprise products and AI-enabled applications that can serve defined industry requirements.
The roadshow is designed to help participating firms engage directly with American businesses and better understand enterprise procurement requirements, technology priorities and potential partnership models. For companies seeking international contracts, these engagements can provide opportunities to demonstrate technical capabilities, discuss project requirements and develop relationships that may lead to future commercial agreements. Federal Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunication Shaza Fatima Khawaja said the initiative would allow Pakistani companies to present their AI products and services to enterprise clients in the United States. Pakistan’s Ambassador to the US, Rizwan Saeed Sheikh, also highlighted the potential for technology cooperation, trade and investment between the two countries. PSEB Chief Executive Officer Faisal Jeddy stated that the United States accounts for more than half of Pakistan’s annual technology exports, making it an important market for local IT businesses. However, participation in the roadshow does not itself confirm that contracts or investments have been secured; the announcement does not disclose signed commercial agreements, their financial value or expected export revenue from the engagements.
Pak–US Tech Connect 2026 forms part of the government’s wider efforts to expand Pakistan’s international technology presence and increase exports of IT and IT-enabled services. The initiative also provides a platform for participating companies to assess demand for their capabilities in a market where enterprise buyers seek technology partners for digital transformation, software engineering, cybersecurity, data services and AI implementation. Converting these meetings into lasting business requires companies to demonstrate technical performance, reliable delivery, data protection, clear governance and the ability to meet client requirements across different jurisdictions. PSEB’s role in organising the roadshow is therefore focused on connecting the industry with prospective international customers and supporting opportunities for long-term commercial engagement. The final roadshow stop is scheduled for Chicago on October 23, following the Washington, D.C., engagements. The outcomes of these meetings, including any confirmed contracts, new investments or export commitments, have not yet been detailed in the announcement. The initiative nevertheless provides participating companies with a structured opportunity to build relationships with US businesses and present Pakistan’s technology capabilities to a wider enterprise market.
