AI Leaders Fellowship Pakistan has opened applications for its highly selective four-month co-building program, aimed at industry leaders seeking to develop innovative, future-focused solutions. The program provides participants with direct access to experts from Google Cloud and SAP Pakistan, offering hands-on guidance in building functional MVPs and exploring opportunities in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and other cutting-edge technologies. The initiative is designed to move beyond conceptual discussions, encouraging leaders to develop practical, scalable solutions with clear paths to production. The in-person kickoff for the program is scheduled in Karachi on November 18, 2025, from 2:30 PM to 9 PM, while applications for the first cohort close on November 14, 2025 at 23:59 hours.
The AI Leaders Fellowship emphasizes a co-creation model where participants not only gain knowledge but actively collaborate on projects, bringing their own pre-built solutions and client use cases to life. Throughout the program, participants will have access to on-demand labs hosted on Google Cloud’s training platform, featuring frameworks such as AI Adoption and Secure AI. They will also receive one-on-one consultations to refine their prototypes and ensure alignment with industry requirements. The program culminates in an in-person graduation showcase, highlighting companies that successfully bring their MVPs into production and demonstrating tangible impact on business processes and market opportunities.
Eligibility criteria for applicants include being a Pakistan-registered company with a demonstrated innovation focus in AI, data, security, or related spaces. The program seeks projects with high scalability and a significant total addressable market. Participating teams are expected to commit at least three employees to the four-month engagement, ideally including CIOs, CTOs, or leaders from product, data, or technology teams, with formal support from senior business leaders. The fellowship also offers benefits such as complimentary access to Google Cloud Skills Boost, technical project partnerships for co-building POCs, early access to Google’s new tools and releases, and direct mentorship from industry experts.
Selected participants will gain exposure to a network of top-tier companies in Pakistan, creating opportunities for collaboration and knowledge sharing across industries. Those who successfully transition their MVPs into production may also be featured as public case studies on Tech Destination, providing additional visibility for their innovations. The fellowship further encourages joint engagements with internal stakeholders or external clients and offers participants the chance to co-create an AI roadmap for Pakistan. By combining practical training, expert mentorship, and peer collaboration, AI Leaders Fellowship Pakistan is designed to foster innovation that drives tangible business and market impact across the country.
