Supernet Limited, one of Pakistan’s oldest ICT and connectivity providers, has officially rebranded to SupernetGlobal as part of a strategic move to expand selectively into high-growth international digital markets across the Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia. The company aims to leverage nearly three decades of experience in mission-critical ICT, satellite connectivity, and managed services to export Pakistan-origin digital solutions and services, contributing to IT exports and foreign exchange inflows. Dubai has been designated as the company’s first regional hub, building on the operational experience of its UAE subsidiary, Phoenix Global FZE, established in 2018.
The company’s expansion strategy focuses on tapping into the substantial ICT spending across the Middle East and Africa, which is estimated at $230–250 billion annually. Investments in government digitalization, enterprise modernization, cloud adoption, and cybersecurity are driving this growth. In particular, cybersecurity expenditures across the region are expected to rise into the tens of billions of dollars over the next decade. SupernetGlobal intends to offer expertise in cybersecurity services, cloud and data solutions, managed ICT services, enterprise connectivity, smart and IoT platforms, and satellite-based connectivity to meet the rising demand of enterprise, carrier, and institutional clients.
Satellite services will remain central to SupernetGlobal’s international operations, enabling scalable delivery across aviation, maritime, energy, remote operations, and underserved geographies. The company emphasizes a partner-driven approach to expansion, aligning with licensed local operators and system integrators in each target market.
