The Pakistan Software Export Board is offering a facility management opportunity in Islamabad, with IT Park Islamabad, located on Park Road, Jinnah Avenue, now open for outsourced operation, management and commercialization under a contract running five to ten years. The tender positions the facility as a long term, revenue generating asset for interested bidders in the capital.

The scope of the contract covers full facility operations, security and housekeeping, alongside leasing office, retail, food court and gym space to IT and allied businesses operating within the park. The invitation specifically covers outsourcing, operation, management, maintenance and commercialization of the facility, with remuneration structured through a Minimum Guaranteed Payment to PSEB combined with a revenue share model, giving the board a structured income stream while transferring day to day operational responsibility to the winning bidder. Bidders are required to submit bid security of 3.6 million rupees as part of the process.

PSEB is welcoming bids from established facility management firms, real estate companies and joint ventures ready to take on the long term asset. The tender process includes a pre-bid meeting via Zoom scheduled for September 10, 2026, at 3 PM, with submissions due by October 5, 2026, at 3 PM, followed by bids opening the same day at 3:30 PM.

Interested parties can download the bidding document free of cost here, with queries to be directed to the Director of Infrastructure. The tender adds to PSEB’s broader portfolio of infrastructure and facility management initiatives supporting Pakistan’s IT sector, following the board’s continued efforts to expand and commercialize physical infrastructure assets that support the country’s growing technology industry.
