This isn’t Khan’s first stint with Telenor Microfinance Bank. He previously held leadership positions within the organization, including Group Executive Director and Chief Product Officer. Prior to rejoining Telenor Microfinance Bank, Khan served as CEO of FINCA Microfinance Bank Limited in Pakistan. This experience honed his expertise in microfinance, a critical sector for promoting financial inclusion.
Khan’s educational background further bolsters his qualifications. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the University of Delaware. His commitment to continuous learning is evident by his participation in programs at prestigious institutions like Wharton (University of Pennsylvania) and Harvard Business School.
