Ugreen has launched the MagFlow Pro, a 10,000mAh wireless power bank featuring a built-in liquid cooling system designed to reduce heat buildup and maintain more consistent charging speeds during longer sessions. The company describes it as the first portable power bank to combine a liquid cooled micro pump with phase change thermal material, positioning it as a notable step forward in portable charging technology aimed at addressing heat related performance drops common in conventional power banks.
The cooling system works by combining phase change thermal storage material with a liquid cooled micro pump. The phase change material absorbs heat while the power bank is operating, slowing the temperature increase of both the power bank itself and the connected phone during charging. When temperatures rise further, an internal micro pump circulates coolant to move heat away from the hottest areas within the device, helping distribute thermal load more evenly. According to Ugreen, this approach can reduce heat compared with conventional power banks and help prevent charging speeds from dropping during extended charging sessions, a common issue with high output portable chargers that rely solely on passive heat dissipation. The MagFlow Pro also includes a transparent section that allows users to visually see the coolant circulating inside the device, giving a visible demonstration of the cooling mechanism at work while charging is in progress.
On the charging side, the MagFlow Pro supports up to 25W wireless charging through Qi2 magnetic charging technology, allowing it to attach securely to compatible smartphones for wireless top ups. It also includes a built in USB-C cable capable of delivering up to 45W, along with an additional USB-C port that supports charging at up to 45W as well, giving users flexibility to charge multiple devices or switch between wired and wireless charging depending on their needs. The power bank supports PD 3.0, QC 4.0 and PPS charging protocols, providing broad compatibility across a wide range of devices for wired charging scenarios beyond just smartphones.
The Ugreen MagFlow Pro uses a 2C design and is priced at 149.99 dollars, positioning it toward the premium end of the portable power bank market given its combination of high wattage output, wireless charging support and the added liquid cooling system. It is now available through Ugreen’s official sales channels and selected retailers in overseas markets, with availability and pricing for markets such as Pakistan not yet confirmed as the product begins its rollout internationally. The launch adds to Ugreen’s growing lineup of charging accessories that have increasingly incorporated more advanced thermal management and higher wattage capabilities, reflecting broader industry trends toward faster, more efficient portable charging solutions as consumers continue to demand quicker turnaround times for keeping devices powered while away from wall outlets.
