International Packaging Films Limited has unveiled a new generation of advanced flexible packaging films at 3P Plas Print Pack Pakistan 2026, highlighting the company’s growing focus on value added, sustainable and export oriented packaging solutions. The company showcased its latest portfolio at Expo Centre Lahore, where the exhibition is being held from September 3 to 5, 2026, drawing packaging converters, FMCG companies, exporters and international buyers to the event.

The new range unveiled by the company includes coated films, AlOx transparent barrier films, ultra high barrier metallized films, low temperature sealing films, aroma barrier films, high heat resistance films and retortable films. The lineup also features next generation BOPE, functional oriented films and circular packaging solutions such as Mono-PE, Mono-PP, Mono-PET and PCR films. Designed primarily for food, FMCG and other consumer facing industries, the products are focused on improved barrier performance, extended shelf life, recyclability and material efficiency, addressing a growing demand among manufacturers for packaging that balances functionality with sustainability.

The launch marks a further move by IPAK into specialised and higher value packaging applications, creating opportunities for the company to serve both domestic manufacturers and international customers with more technically advanced products. Industry observers note that developments of this kind carry wider significance for Pakistan’s export sector, as higher value barrier coated and functional films can help local manufacturers move beyond conventional commodity products, support export diversification and generate additional foreign exchange. Greater domestic availability of specialised films could also contribute to import substitution by reducing reliance on packaging materials that are currently sourced from overseas suppliers.

Through its presence at 3P Pakistan, IPAK is positioning advanced manufacturing, sustainability and value added exports as key drivers for its next phase of growth. The company’s expanded product portfolio reflects a broader shift taking place within Pakistan’s packaging industry, as local manufacturers increasingly look to move up the value chain by investing in specialised films and materials rather than relying solely on standard packaging products. By engaging directly with converters, FMCG companies and international buyers at the exhibition, IPAK is aiming to strengthen its position within both the domestic market and international packaging supply chains going forward.
