Three Pakistani’s Make It To The Shell LiveWIRE Innovators

The Top Ten Innovators Awards is a program by Shell Live Wire that is aimed at accelerating entrepreneurial innovation in LiveWIRE businesses that meet the eligibility criteria (i.e. trading for between 12 months and 5 years, and have growth potential).

Shell LiveWIRE is therefore creating a group of ‘Top Ten Global Innovators to watch’ the programme is supporting the creation of role models for other young entrepreneurs, and demonstrating clearly that introducing innovation supports growth and job creation.

2017 marks the 35th anniversary for the Shell LiveWIRE Program. The voting for the top ten innovators is now open, with applicants from all around the world. The Shell LiveWIRE program also has applicants from Pakistan such as Muhammad Waqas, Wonder Tree; Hira Batool Rizvi, SheKab; and Sara Saeed, Community Innovation Hub- Sehat Kahani.

WonderTree has won the local Shell Tameer Awards competition earlier and has several international laurels to their name, whereas SehatKahani, previously doctHERS has had the honor of representing Pakistan at several global platforms including Ashoka Changemakers, Seedstars World etc., to name a few.

The voting process is fairly simple. Applicant’s videos are listed on their official website, and people from all over the world can vote for their favorite, most innovative business via a global online public vote.

The winners will receive funding to expand their businesses further. So take out a minute and vote today!
