National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator) positions specifically for women across eight districts of Punjab, with walk-in tests scheduled from September 29 to October 1, 2026, and interviews for shortlisted candidates following on the subsequent days. The vacancies span Faisalabad, Chiniot, Jhang, Hafizabad, Sargodha, Mianwali, Khushab, and Bhakkar, with a total of 26 positions distributed across these districts, ranging from one vacancy in Khushab to five each in Hafizabad and Sargodha. Applicants must be women residing in the relevant district as indicated on their CNIC or domicile, restricting eligibility to a fairly localized applicant pool for each specific set of vacancies.

Candidates are required to hold an Intermediate or equivalent qualification, with those having at least one year of relevant experience given preference during the selection process. The maximum age limit is set at 25 years, including a five-year age relaxation, with no additional relaxation permitted beyond that threshold. The test schedule is staggered by district grouping, with candidates from Faisalabad, Chiniot, and Jhang tested on September 29 followed by interviews on September 30, applicants from Hafizabad and Sargodha tested on September 30 with interviews on October 1, and candidates from Mianwali, Khushab, and Bhakkar tested on October 1 with interviews scheduled for October 2. All tests and interviews will be conducted at NADRA’s Regional Head Office in Sargodha, meaning candidates from all eight districts will need to travel to a single central location rather than testing at venues closer to their home districts.

Test registration will remain open from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM on each scheduled testing day, while interviews for shortlisted candidates will begin at 9:00 AM. Candidates are required to bring original personal, educational, and professional documents to the testing venue, with government and semi-government employees additionally required to provide a No Objection Certificate before participating. Shortlisted candidates advancing to the interview stage must submit educational certificates attested by the relevant boards, adding an extra verification step for those who progress past the initial written test. NADRA has specifically encouraged women from minority communities and women with disabilities to apply for these positions, extending the recruitment drive’s outreach beyond the general applicant pool.

Selected candidates will be required to provide medical fitness and character certificates as part of the final hiring process, standard requirements for government sector positions in Pakistan. NADRA has also warned that candidates found to have provided false information at any stage of the recruitment process may face disqualification, a caution the authority has consistently included in its various hiring announcements. Eligible applicants can access further information and a sample test through NADRA’s official careers portal, giving prospective candidates a chance to prepare for the walk-in test format ahead of the scheduled dates in late September and early October.
