Pakistani technology company Astrik has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Nanjing Tuliptech Co Ltd, which operates as TokenBazaar.ai in China, at GITEX AI Turkiye 2026, establishing a partnership focused on technology integration, product distribution, and expansion into new markets. The agreement was signed by Akash Ramchandani, Chairman of Astrik, and Jeremy Dong, Principal AI Engineer at Nanjing Tuliptech, acting on behalf of the Chinese company’s CEO, Zhu Jie. GITEX AI Turkiye, which ran from September 9 to 10, 2026, at the Istanbul Expo Center, is the inaugural edition of the GITEX brand’s dedicated AI focused event in Turkey, organized by KAOUN International in partnership with Turkey’s Investment and Finance Office and Ministry of Industry and Technology, drawing exhibitors including Google Cloud, SAP, and HPE alongside local players like Trendyol and Hepsiburada.
The partnership creates a framework for the two companies to explore opportunities where their respective technology capabilities and market expertise can complement one another. Through closer collaboration, Astrik and Nanjing Tuliptech aim to support the integration and distribution of technology products while creating pathways for broader international market access. For Astrik, the MoU represents another step in its strategy of building relationships with technology organizations across key global markets, with the company describing an expanding portfolio spanning AI, enterprise software, digital platforms, and advanced technology solutions as central to its continued pursuit of partnerships that extend the reach of technology developed from Pakistan.
The agreement is the latest in a run of MoUs Astrik has signed in quick succession over the past month, including a strategic partnership with AnyPal.io focused on technology collaboration and market expansion, signed just days earlier on September 15, and an MoU with Afina, an AI and machine learning powered data intelligence company, signed on September 5 at LEAP 2026 in Riyadh. Astrik had also showcased its AI powered enterprise technology ecosystem at LEAP 2026 in late August, indicating the Nanjing Tuliptech deal fits into a broader, deliberate push by the company to sign formal partnership agreements at major international tech events across multiple regions within a fairly compressed timeframe rather than pursuing a single flagship deal.
The collaboration also extends technology ties between Pakistan and China specifically, highlighting the kind of opportunities that emerge when companies across different markets combine technical expertise, product capabilities, and commercial networks. Signed during GITEX AI Turkiye 2026 in Istanbul, the agreement reflects Astrik’s broader international outlook of building partnerships that move beyond geographic boundaries to create opportunities for technology, products, and innovation to reach new markets.
