JBS has established a partnership with WALLIX, a global leader in access and identity cybersecurity solutions, to secure data from unwanted access and prevent cyber fraud.

Distant work is becoming more common in businesses around the world, necessitating the need to provide secure access to a rising number of remote users, while traditional VPN solutions become less and less useful due to their cost and complexity.

JBS will provide consultation, licencing, installation, and support for PAM and global access and identity security solutions as part of the cooperation arrangement.

Through Privileged Access Management, JBS would assist customers in protecting their essential IT assets, such as data, servers, terminals, and connected objects, against cybersecurity risks that concern all businesses today (PAM).

The global PAM (Privileged Account Management) market represents a big opportunity for VARs, SIs, and MSSPs in the Pakistan channel, with an annual growth rate of 20% predicted.

“The PAM market is experiencing rapid expansion, which gives an excellent potential for our partners. WALLIX Middle East Business Manager Afi Hashim remarked, “We’re particularly delighted to work with JBS to make our solutions widely available to enterprises in the Pakistani market.”

Wajid Ali Khan, General Manager Services, Jaffer Business Systems, said, “The information kept within business applications and on servers is sensitive and crucial to enterprises.”

“In this day of remote access and continual cyber threats, there is a great danger of data theft and fraud, thus enterprises need IT security solutions that specialise in the control of privileged accounts for Administrators (PAM Solutions).”

“We have enabled enterprises to connect securely from anywhere with secure-by-design features, enabling IT teams to ensure that only the appropriate person has access to the right resource for the right purpose,” he added.

The agreement will enable channel VARs and MSSPs to respond to the growing demand for Privileged Account Management, which is estimated to reach $3.8 billion in 2021, thanks to JBS’ position as the top independent cybersecurity VAD and considerable cybersecurity knowledge and experience.
