REVOO has added the A09 to its electric two-wheeler lineup in Pakistan, pricing the compact urban scooter at Rs 145,000 and positioning it squarely at the segment of riders who want straightforward daily mobility without the complexity or cost of larger, higher-powered models. The company is targeting Gen Z buyers, female riders, and first-time scooter users who need a manageable electric two-wheeler for short urban commutes, with the A09’s dimensions, weight, and speed profile all calibrated around that specific use case rather than performance.
The A09 runs on a 500W motor paired with a 48V 26Ah graphene battery, with REVOO claiming a range of 65 to 80 kilometres per charge at a top speed of 25 to 35 kilometres per hour. A full charge takes between six and nine hours and consumes approximately 1.25 kilowatt-hours of electricity, making the per-kilometre running cost considerably lower than a petrol scooter at current fuel prices. The battery carries an 18-month warranty while the motor is covered for 24 months. The scooter weighs 85 kilograms and sits at a seat height of 735 millimetres, both of which are deliberate design choices aimed at making the vehicle physically accessible to riders who may find heavier or taller alternatives harder to manage at low speeds, during parking, or when executing U-turns in tight urban spaces. A six-tube vector-based controller and 60/100-10 vacuum tyres round out the mechanical setup, with front and rear hydraulic suspension and front and rear drum brakes completing the package.
Several convenience-focused features distinguish the A09 from more basic offerings in this price range. A soft-start function prevents the sudden surge that can unsettle inexperienced riders when pulling away from a stop. A reverse mode operates at approximately 5 kilometres per hour, making it easier to manoeuvre the scooter out of tight parking spaces without having to physically push the vehicle. A child lock prevents the scooter from being operated without the rider’s knowledge, and a handlebar-linked headlamp that moves with steering direction improves visibility when navigating corners in low-light conditions. REVOO also claims a 40 percent reduction in braking distance relative to comparable models, though the company has not provided independent verification of this figure. Under-seat storage adds practical utility for daily commuting.
Within REVOO’s own lineup, the A09 slots between the Rs 100,000 A04 and the Rs 167,000 A11, occupying the middle ground in both price and capability. The A04 uses a smaller 350W motor with a 48V 12Ah graphene battery and claims a range of up to 40 kilometres, making it the entry-level option for short neighbourhood trips. The A11 offers a 1,000W motor and a similar 65 to 80 kilometre claimed range to the A09 but at higher speeds and with significantly more power, making it better suited to riders who want to handle mixed urban and semi-highway riding. For buyers whose daily commute falls within the A09’s range and speed envelope, the Rs 45,000 premium over the A04 buys a larger battery, more practical features, and a design built around slightly more demanding daily use, while avoiding the Rs 22,000 additional cost of the A11 for performance headroom they may not need.
