Pakistan’s startup landscape in Lahore is set to come into sharper focus this month as key stakeholders from across industries prepare to participate in a high‑profile round table initiative titled Ignition: Building Lahore’s Startup Ecosystem. The event, organised by Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry (LCCI), will take place on Tuesday, 17th February 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the LCCI offices. Founders, investors, representatives from incubation hubs and accelerators, corporates supporting innovation, and service providers are expected to attend, fostering dialogue around cooperation and shared opportunities. With entrepreneurship playing an increasingly important role in national economic growth, this gathering aims to provide a platform for meaningful exchange among those driving early‑stage ventures and startup support infrastructure across Lahore and beyond.

The Ignition round table arrives at a time when startup activism and structured collaboration are gaining prominence in Pakistan’s business community. Organisers have emphasised the importance of bringing together a wide spectrum of contributors to entrepreneurship, including ecosystem enablers, subject matter experts, and enterprise leaders with interest in scaling entrepreneurial engagement in the region. By providing dedicated time for dialogue, participants will have the opportunity to share insights on market challenges, streamlined support mechanisms and resource gaps that deserve collective attention. Through these discussions, the round table will serve as a venue where practical pathways for cooperation can be identified, promoting stronger networks across technology, services, funding and knowledge access channels necessary for early‑stage businesses to thrive.

In addition to round table conversations, the event will also offer participants the chance to forge new connections and expand professional circles with like‑minded individuals. By facilitating interactions across diverse sectors, including tech startups, innovation consultancies, educational institutions and investor communities, the organisers aim to encourage cross‑pollination of ideas that strengthen Lahore’s position as a vibrant entrepreneurial hub. With increasing recognition of the role startup ecosystems play in job creation, economic diversification and innovation outputs, independent stakeholders and institutional partners are looking ahead to cultivate environments that support sustained venture growth. Such gatherings help create visibility for local initiatives, highlight the work of ecosystem advocates, and encourage a sense of shared purpose among leaders working toward common goals.

Registration for participation is open and can be completed through an online form at https://forms.gle/aQ9qZNUBuPDNvwwo8. By confirming attendance in advance, stakeholders help organisers plan seating, discussion formats and engagement opportunities to ensure a productive experience for all attendees. As Lahore continues to build momentum in nurturing startups and entrepreneurship, collaborative efforts like the Ignition round table reflect a growing commitment among business leaders and ecosystem champions to support entrepreneurs with robust platforms for connection and exchange. Ayesha Zaman, Co‑Convener of the Startup & Incubation Committee at LCCI, will be among those welcoming participants and encouraging contributions that help shape the region’s entrepreneurial landscape.
