During their visit to the Workshop Division of the Pakistan Railway Headquarters, the Korean Rail Network Authority General Manager Kim Young June and Director Overseas Project Division Cheng Nam showed an interest in technology transmit.
At the Workshop Division of the Pakistan Railway briefing, it was informed that the Pakistan RailwayWorkshop Division includes Loco Shops, Construction Shop, Carriage and Wagon Shop, Electric Shop, and Steel Shop & Power House. Ghulam Qasim, the Divisional Superintendent of Workshop also presented a comprehensive report on the Wagon and Carriage Factory, under the administration of Aijaz Ahmed Buriro, Additional General Manager Mechanical.
Furthermore, a comprehensive prelude of every division was provided to the delegation and later, a tour was followed by to the carriage and wagon factory. The Korean Delegation also presented briefing on improvement of Korea Rail Network.
Moreover, the Korean delegation visited the Mughalpura Dry Port where Tahir Hassan Bukhari, Chief Traffic Officer briefed. The delegation was also awarded the honorary shield on behalf of Pakistan Railways by the Additional General Manger traffic.
