Telenor Pakistan takes great satisfaction in building an environment where brilliance is encouraged and young people in Pakistan are given the opportunity to succeed. Telenor Super Intern is one of the company’s hallmark programmes that has effectively advanced this philosophy.

This initiative, which was established in 2006, aligns with Telenor Pakistan’s mission to empower society and establishes a strong precedent for young people to begin their corporate careers. It is a prominent setting where aspirant students may progress professionally and study.

This six-week program fosters an experiential learning milieu that stimulates the business acumen of the interns through workshops, training sessions, mentorship by highly skilled managers, and access to Telenor Pakistan’s comprehensive online learning portal. Moreover it effectively engages and trains young talent, allowing them to experience corporate lifestyle and work culture.

The Super Intern Program for 2022 attracted an enormous number of applications, as it does every year, according to Telenor Pakistan. This year, there were over 5,000 applications submitted, and 43 interns were selected following a thorough hiring procedure that took place in a variety of company functions and locations, including Islamabad, Faisalabad, Lahore, Peshawar, Karachi, and Sukkur. Having people from a diverse demographic range has led to equal learning chances for everyone. The top interns are also employed permanently in the event that positions are available.

The Telenor Super Intern Program serves as an excellent introduction for the nation’s future business leaders and aspiring young. It will greatly increase their socioeconomic mobility and put their business adventure on the appropriate course. Telenor Pakistan works to support initiatives that will not only foster social improvement but also provide Pakistani youth the chance to soar high on the wings of success and wealth.
