On Friday, the website of Jazz, the biggest cellular provider in Pakistan, inexplicably fell down.
The company’s website has been displaying a message for the past two hours that reads, “There was a database connection issue or a difficulty with a query. For additional details, log in as a super admin or enable debugging.”
The website first showed a notice that said,
“This account has been suspended. To learn more, speak with your hosting company. The notification implies that the business simply neglected to renew its hosting agreement because of some circumstance.”
“It is unknown if the Jazz website is housed at the company’s own data centre or with a foreign hosting service provider because Cloudfare, which serves as a reverse proxy between a website visitor and the Cloudflare customer’s hosting provider, is used.”
Officials from Jazz, in an update, told that the website was under maintenance which is why it remained inaccessible.
