KuCoin, a major cryptocurrency exchange, has released a report based on a new survey initiative called “KuCoin Campus.” This survey sheds light on global interest in blockchain education and careers.
The survey garnered over 1,900 responses, highlighting a significant talent pool eager to enter the blockchain industry. A staggering 88% of respondents expressed a desire to pursue blockchain careers, with 75% indicating “very high” interest.
The survey also explores the experience level of blockchain enthusiasts. Interestingly, 65% have been engaged with the industry for at least a year, with 15% boasting over three years of experience. This mix of newcomers and veterans reflects the industry’s dynamic growth.
Engagement with blockchain is diverse, with 49% favoring investment as a learning method, followed by utilizing blockchain services (39%). Formal education and community involvement hold value as well.
The survey delves deeper, revealing what most excites participants about blockchain. Over half (51%) are drawn to its potential to revolutionize finance and generate high returns. Investing and trading (51%) and generating passive income (49%) top the list of practical applications, alongside interest in AI integration and cross-border payments.
