Google’s upcoming Fitbit Edge fitness tracker has reportedly appeared in an early leak, revealing a design with a small screen and color options that appear to match shades used for the Pixel 11 smartphone lineup. The new wearable is expected to sit between Fitbit’s entry-level models and the Pixel Watch 5, potentially giving users a middle-ground option with more features than a basic fitness tracker while maintaining a smaller form factor.

According to the leak, the Fitbit Edge could offer up to seven days of battery life along with GPS and an altimeter. The tracker is also expected to provide notifications and limited support for applications such as Google Maps and YouTube Music. These features could make it a possible successor to the Fitbit Charge, which was last updated in 2023. The leaked device appears to retain the compact design associated with Fitbit’s fitness trackers, including a small display rather than the larger screen found on a smartwatch.

The Fitbit Edge could also be notable for its compatibility across mobile platforms. Unlike the Pixel Watch 5, which is designed for Android users, the leaked Fitbit model is expected to work with both iOS and Android devices. This would allow Google to retain Fitbit’s broader platform support while adding features that bring the tracker closer to a smartwatch experience. The combination of GPS, notifications, an altimeter and limited application support could position the Edge between the more affordable Fitbit Air and Google’s full smartwatch lineup.

The leaked images reportedly show the Fitbit Edge in a pastel pink or salmon shade, while additional colors could include Rose Peach and Olive, reportedly matching colors associated with the Pixel 11 series. Google has not officially announced the device, so its final design, specifications and available colors remain unconfirmed. The tracker is reportedly expected to arrive in time for the 2026 holiday season. Pricing has also not been announced, but the device could cost around $150 to $200, placing it above the $100 Fitbit Air and below the $400 Pixel Watch 5. Older Fitbit Charge models were priced between $129 and $179, providing a reference point for the potential pricing of the new tracker.
