Jazz Infobip Partnership To Deliver Data Centre & CPASS Platform

In the CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) area, Pakistan’s mobile operator Jazz and Infobip, a worldwide cloud communications service provider, established a cooperation.

Jazz will collaborate with Infobip to develop a new CPaaS platform and open Pakistan’s first data centre, making Jazz the first company in the nation to offer a comprehensive CPaaS cloud-based and omnichannel solution.

Jazz will give consumers entire omnichannel capabilities, offering a seamless customer experience across all communication channels, as part of its continuous digital transformation journey.

Infobip would build a full-scale data centre on Jazz’s premises, the first of its type in the Pakistani market, as well as replace the company’s whole platform.
This level of integration demonstrates Infobip’s dedication to quality and scalable solutions.
“We are happy to take our connection with Jazz to the next level with this deep level cooperation,” Matija Razem, VP Business Development, Infobip, said during the event. We are convinced that by replacing the whole platform and establishing a full-scale data center, we will be able to assist Jazz improve its user experience.”

He added, “Accompanying Jazz on this transformation is a true attestation to Infobip’s ability to take projects to scale. This is such an exciting time for Telco’s in the region and we are happy to be a part of it.”

Jazz is especially excited to discuss what this new alliance involves for its 72 million-plus and expanding customer base as a pioneer in the digital transformation area.
Jazz has swiftly established itself as the fastest-growing telecom business in the area and one of the top five fastest-growing in the globe, thanks to increased reach and engagement as well as the ability to connect consumers across their preferred channels.
The company anticipates new income streams, core business development, and becoming a name synonymous with digital transformation throughout the world as a result of its cooperation with Infobip.
