Day one of CES 2026 at the Las Vegas Convention Center marked an active and engaging start for PASHA as its delegation connected with global innovators, technology leaders and industry experts from across the world. PASHA Communications and Outreach Lead Shafeh Mehmood, along with members of the PASHA delegation, participated in a wide range of interactions aimed at exploring emerging technologies and understanding evolving trends shaping the global technology landscape. The opening day set a strong foundation for Pakistan’s presence at one of the world’s largest technology exhibitions, with discussions reflecting growing international interest in innovation, collaboration and cross border partnerships.

Throughout the day, the PASHA delegation held meaningful exchanges with representatives from technology companies, startups, research institutions and industry platforms showcasing advancements across multiple domains. Conversations focused on emerging technologies, innovation driven business models and future oriented solutions that are influencing how digital ecosystems are evolving worldwide. Delegation members engaged in dialogue around areas such as artificial intelligence, software platforms, digital transformation, consumer technologies and enterprise solutions, gaining insights into how global markets are responding to rapid technological change. These interactions also provided opportunities to present Pakistan’s expanding capabilities in software development, IT services and innovation led entrepreneurship.

A key theme of the engagements was highlighting Pakistan’s growing innovation potential and its increasing visibility on the international technology stage. PASHA representatives shared perspectives on the country’s technology talent, startup ecosystem and the role of industry led initiatives in supporting digital growth. By participating in discussions with global stakeholders, the delegation aimed to position Pakistan as a credible and competitive player in the international tech ecosystem. The exchanges also allowed delegates to better understand global expectations, market demands and collaboration models that could support future partnerships between Pakistani tech firms and international counterparts.

Networking remained a central part of day one activities, with the PASHA delegation connecting with exhibitors, innovators and industry professionals throughout the convention center. These interactions created space for relationship building and knowledge sharing, supporting PASHA’s broader objective of fostering international engagement for Pakistan’s IT and software services sector. The exposure to diverse technologies and business approaches provided valuable context for understanding where global innovation is heading and how Pakistani companies can align their offerings with international trends. Delegates noted that CES continues to serve as an important platform for dialogue, visibility and collaboration across the global technology community.

As CES 2026 continues through the week, day one has already set the tone for continued engagement, collaboration and representation. PASHA’s participation reflects ongoing efforts to connect Pakistan’s technology sector with global markets, share insights and build long term relationships with industry stakeholders. With multiple days of exhibitions, discussions and networking ahead, the delegation is expected to further showcase Pakistan’s strengths while learning from global best practices. The opening day’s interactions underline PASHA’s role in supporting the international outreach of Pakistan’s technology industry and reinforcing its presence at major global platforms such as CES.
