In a significant move to deepen digital cooperation between the United States and Pakistan, Bilal Bin Saqib, CEO of the Pakistan Crypto Council, held a strategic meeting with Natalia Baker, Acting US Ambassador to Pakistan. The discussion focused on advancing collaboration around blockchain technology, artificial intelligence (AI), and youth empowerment.

The meeting highlighted the potential of Pakistan’s young and dynamic population, emphasizing the importance of equipping them with cutting-edge skills in emerging technologies. Both sides shared a commitment to bridging the gap between US institutions and Pakistan’s growing entrepreneurial ecosystem, with the Pakistan Crypto Council underscoring the country’s ambition to become a leading global hub for innovation, particularly in Web3 and AI.

“Pakistan is home to one of the world’s youngest populations — eager, ambitious, and ready to lead the future of Web3 and AI,” said Bilal Bin Saqib. “This is the time to invest in them, to connect them with global leaders, and to create real pipelines of opportunity between the US and Pakistan.”

Plans are currently in progress to launch joint initiatives including talent exchange programs, collaborative projects, and strategic Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) between US tech companies and Pakistani startups. These efforts aim to foster long-term partnerships that benefit the technology sectors and youth of both nations.

The Pakistan Crypto Council reiterated its commitment to leveraging blockchain technology as a tool for diplomacy, education, and youth empowerment. By doing so, the Council aims to ensure that Pakistan’s young talent not only keeps pace with the global digital revolution but becomes a driving force in shaping its future.
