Under the agreement, students will have access to internship and job placement opportunities, allowing them to gain practical experience while developing skills relevant to professional roles. The partnership also includes on the job training opportunities, which can provide students with exposure to workplace processes and practical applications of the knowledge gained through their academic and technical training. Campus recruitment drives are another component of the collaboration, creating opportunities for companies and students to interact directly during the recruitment process. These activities are expected to give students a better understanding of available career options while allowing employers to identify candidates with relevant technical skills and training.

The Memorandum of Understanding also provides for guest speaker sessions and industry visits, giving students opportunities to interact with professionals and learn about developments within the information technology sector. Such activities can expose students to real world applications of technical knowledge and provide insights into workplace expectations. The agreement further includes fee concessions and financial assistance, which could help eligible students access relevant training and professional development opportunities. Practical information technology industry exposure is another focus of the collaboration, with the two organizations seeking to connect classroom and vocational learning with practical experience in professional environments.

The collaboration is aimed at providing TEVTA students with industry oriented career support and improving access to meaningful employment opportunities. By combining technical education with internships, on the job training, recruitment activities, industry visits and professional engagement, TEVTA Careers Division Gujrat and ITT Hub intend to create a more direct connection between skills development and employment. The partnership also supports efforts to provide students with market relevant capabilities and practical experience before they enter the workforce. The agreement reflects a focus on developing skills that correspond with industry requirements while creating additional opportunities for students and graduates to engage with employers and professional environments. The initiative is part of the broader objective of connecting skills development with employment opportunities and supporting young people as they transition from technical education into the workforce.
