Pakistan’s real estate and tech sectors, DAO PropTech has officially launched at FutureFest 2025, introducing the country’s first real-world asset tokenization platform. The company’s innovative approach to property investment is set to redefine accessibility, affordability, and transparency in a market traditionally dominated by high entry costs and opaque processes.

DAO PropTech’s platform enables individuals to invest in high-value real estate by breaking properties into smaller, affordable units. This model removes barriers that have long restricted access to property ownership, offering a secure and streamlined investment process. The company aims to democratize real estate investment, allowing millions of people to participate in wealth creation through property ownership.

At the event, DAO PropTech announced its partnership with the Arif Habib Group, one of Pakistan’s leading real estate developers and a registered Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). Their flagship collaboration, Globe Residency Apartments, exemplifies how the platform connects investors with reputable industry leaders, ensuring quality investment opportunities. With two out of six listed projects already delivered to investors, DAO PropTech has established itself as a pioneer in Pakistan’s tokenized real estate sector.

The company’s commitment to accessibility goes beyond property investment. It has integrated cutting-edge digital tools, including an AI-powered chatbot for instant customer support and a FIRE (Financial Independence, Retire Early) Calculator to help users set and achieve their financial goals. These features simplify the investment process, making it more transparent and user-friendly. Speaking at FutureFest 2025, DAO PropTech Co-Founder Owais Barlas emphasized the transformative impact of the platform.

“Real estate has long been out of reach for millions of hardworking Pakistanis, we aim to empower 20 million people by making property investment secure, affordable, and accessible.”

The launch of DAO PropTech marks a significant milestone in Pakistan’s digital transformation, bridging the gap between real estate and financial inclusion. By leveraging blockchain technology and strategic industry partnerships, the platform is set to reshape the property investment landscape, ensuring that wealth creation through real estate is no longer limited to the privileged few.
