Jazz has been ranked Pakistan’s best mobile network in the Ookla Speedtest Connectivity Report for the second half of 2025. The ranking is based on millions of user-initiated tests conducted nationwide between July and December 2025. Zong secured the second position, followed by Ufone in third place, while Telenor ranked last in overall performance.

According to the report, Jazz achieved the highest Speedtest Connectivity Score of 59.83, a metric that evaluates network speed, browsing performance, and overall user connectivity experience. The company also recorded a Speed Score of 42.14, with median real-world download and upload speeds of 24.13 Mbps and 8.89 Mbps respectively across all mobile technologies.

In video performance, Jazz earned a Video Streaming Score of 74.41 and received a 5-star user rating of 3.48 based on aggregated Speedtest feedback. Ookla’s methodology measures real-world performance across common digital activities, including video streaming, web browsing, social media usage, and online work applications.

For gaming performance, Zong delivered the best mobile gaming experience during 2H 2025, while PTCL Flash Fiber led among internet service providers.

City-level data showed Faisalabad recorded the fastest median mobile download speed at 24.13 Mbps among Pakistan’s most populous cities, followed by Hyderabad and Multan. Rawalpindi ranked lowest at 18.11 Mbps, with Islamabad and Sialkot also among the slower-performing cities. Jazz emerged as the fastest provider across ten cities.

At the regional level, Punjab recorded the fastest median mobile download speed at 20.97 Mbps, followed by Sindh and Balochistan. Azad Jammu and Kashmir reported the slowest median speed at 12.07 Mbps, followed by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan. Jazz ranked as the fastest provider across four regions.

The report highlights ongoing competition among telecom operators as demand for high-speed mobile data and improved digital experiences continues to grow across Pakistan.
