Graana.com and UBL Sign a Memorandum of Understanding to Promote Home Financing on Easy Terms

Graana.com and United Bank Limited (UBL) have agreed to offer UBL Housing Finance to Graana’s direct and indirect customers through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).


Mr. Shafiq Akbar, CEO of Graana.com, and Mr. Zia Ejaz, Group Executive of UBL (Branch Banking), signed the agreement.

Mr. Shafiq Akbar, CEO of Graana.com, expressed thanks on the occasion, saying that housing is a basic requirement of every countryman and that the joint understanding between UBL and Graana.com will open new avenues in house financing to help countrymen.


The collaboration allows UBL and Graana.com to provide convenient access to UBL Housing Finance for customers, partners, and enterprises. Only Graana.com clients, premium partners, and businesses connected through partner aggregators/realtors will be able to use this feature.


Graana will also assist UBL in identifying and mapping potential clients for the government’s mark-up subsidy programme (G-MSS).
