Zong 4G, Pakistan’s leading digital and telecommunications services provider, has partnered with the Silk Road Culture Center (SRCC) to promote cultural exchange and innovation. The collaboration signifies Zong’s commitment to fostering stronger ties between Pakistan and other countries along the historic Silk Road.

The inauguration of the SRCC, a cultural hub dedicated to celebrating the rich history and heritage of the Silk Road, was a momentous occasion attended by diplomats and dignitaries from various Silk Road nations. The event highlighted the enduring legacy of the Silk Road as a symbol of trade, innovation, and cultural exchange.

Naveed Akhtar, Executive Director of Strategy at Zong, attended the event as a chief guest. In his address, he emphasized the shared cultural heritage between Pakistan and Silk Road countries and highlighted the importance of collaboration and innovation in driving progress. Akhtar stated, “The Silk Road symbolizes connection, exchange, and understanding. This center bridges traditions, celebrates shared values, and strengthens ties. Zong is proud to support this initiative, believing that progress comes from both innovation and cultural integration.”

Zong’s involvement with the SRCC aligns with its broader mission to connect people and cultures. By supporting this initiative, Zong aims to contribute to the preservation of cultural heritage and the promotion of intercultural dialogue.

As a subsidiary of China Mobile, Zong is committed to strengthening bilateral and regional ties with China. This partnership with the SRCC is a testament to the strong bond between the two countries and their shared vision for a prosperous future.

By combining its technological expertise with the SRCC’s cultural mission, Zong is poised to play a significant role in shaping the future of the Silk Road region. The company aims to leverage technology to bridge cultural divides and promote economic development, ensuring a sustainable and prosperous future for all.
