Rapidev has joined the Pakistan Aerospace Council as a member, bringing its expertise in advanced technology and digital systems to the council’s growing community of technology companies and industry organizations. Pakistan Aerospace Council announced Rapidev Private Limited as a new member effective July 2026, with the membership focused on supporting collaboration around advanced digital technologies, intelligent systems and high technology solutions. Wajid Gulistan, Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of Rapidev Group, welcomed the organization’s inclusion in the council and said the company was looking forward to contributing, learning and working with other members to advance Pakistan’s technology capabilities.

The membership places Rapidev within an industry platform focused on developing Pakistan’s capabilities in high technology and aerospace related areas. According to Pakistan Aerospace Council, the organization aims to promote local capabilities in advanced digital technologies, intelligent systems and high technology solutions while encouraging collaboration among companies operating in these areas. Rapidev brings experience across artificial intelligence, clean technology, critical communications, cybersecurity, software development and systems integration. The company is also described by its leadership as operating at Capability Maturity Model Integration Level 5 and holding more than 50 patents, reflecting its focus on technology development and intellectual property.

Pakistan Aerospace Council said Rapidev’s membership would contribute to its broader mission of fostering innovation in artificial intelligence, secure communications, cybersecurity, software development and systems integration. The council also highlighted the importance of locally developed, secure, scalable and sustainable technology solutions for the country’s high technology ecosystem. Through the membership, Rapidev is expected to engage with other organizations working across advanced technology sectors and contribute its technical expertise to discussions and initiatives focused on developing local capabilities. The council’s community brings together organizations and innovators working in areas connected with aerospace, technology and related high technology industries, providing a platform for knowledge sharing and industry engagement.

Wajid Gulistan said Pakistan has significant potential in high technology industries and that collaboration between organizations working on advanced technologies can contribute to the development of the country’s technology ecosystem. He expressed his intention to contribute to the council’s activities while also learning from other members and working collectively on initiatives related to advanced technology. The addition of Rapidev comes as Pakistan Aerospace Council continues expanding its membership and engagement with companies involved in technology and innovation. The collaboration is expected to provide opportunities for Rapidev to participate in industry discussions and initiatives while contributing to the development of artificial intelligence, secure communications, cybersecurity and other advanced technology capabilities in Pakistan.
