Samsung has already released a substantial lineup of phones, tablets and wearables in 2026, including the Galaxy Z Fold 8, Flip 8 and Fold 8 Ultra, alongside the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 and Galaxy Watch 9, but the company is far from finished for the year. Samsung has confirmed a surprise launch event scheduled for August 27, with several additional devices still expected before 2027 begins.
The most significant remaining launch is expected to be the Samsung Galaxy S26 FE, widely anticipated to be unveiled at the upcoming August 27 event. Positioned as the successor to the well received Galaxy S25 FE, the new model is expected to bring a new Exynos 2500 chip and a reworked camera module design, serving as a more affordable alternative to the pricier Galaxy S26 lineup. Alongside the phone, reports point to a Galaxy Tab S12 series arriving around October 7, with the Tab S12 Ultra and Tab S12 Plus expected to carry a 14.6 inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display and a Dimensity 9500 processor paired with 12GB of RAM, along with an 11,600mAh battery and 45W wired charging on the Ultra model.
Beyond phones and tablets, Samsung and Google’s previously announced Intelligent Eyewear partnership is expected to bring AI powered smart glasses to market this autumn. Designed in collaboration with Gentle Monster and Warby Parker, the glasses are expected to run on the Android XR platform with Google Gemini handling voice activated requests, powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon AR1 Gen 1 chipset. This positions Samsung alongside a small but growing group of manufacturers exploring AI integrated wearable eyewear as a category.
On the budget end, support pages for the Samsung Galaxy A08 and Galaxy A07s have already gone live in several markets, pointing to an entry level release expected later this year, continuing Samsung’s ultra affordable smartphone line following the Galaxy A07. With several confirmed and rumored launches still ahead, Samsung’s 2026 product cycle is expected to remain active well into the final months of the year, building on a lineup that has already spanned flagship foldables, tablets, wearables and now anticipated smart glasses.
