In partnership with Pakistan’s top telemedicine company, Sehat Kahani, Zong 4G, a prominent cellular and digital service provider, has achieved a new milestone by offering free online health consultations to more than 12,000 impoverished individuals.

Zong made it possible for its clients to receive free sessions by using the promotional code ZONGSEHAT in order to guarantee that everyone has access to free healthcare, especially during the pandemic.

As a result, over 5,000 non-Covid patient consultations and over 7,000 Covid patient consultations have been given throughout the entire nation.

Zong also conducted a number of health awareness sessions via Facebook Live, reaching millions with knowledge about various health concerns including diabetes, obesity, COVID-19, mental health, etc. Zong recognised the importance of timely and accurate information to the public and conducted these sessions in order to raise awareness of it.

To reaffirm their dedication to the inclusion of digital health, Zong 4G and Sehat Kahani have launched an influencer campaign as part of the relationship. In order to keep up the enthusiasm, the business is also planning to mark a milestone on Twitter spaces by celebrating more than 12,000 free health consultations.

When this milestone was reached, a Zong representative said, “One of our major values at Zong 4G is establishing a technologically and socially inclusive Pakistan. Our collaboration with Sehat Kahani is evidence of our commitment to ensuring that those living in remote places without access to health care can receive care at home, especially in times of need.

“We congratulate Sehat Kahani on reaching this milestone,” the statement continued. Delivering digital health services requires the finest connectivity possible. And in order to reach this milestone, our relationship with Zong 4G makes the maximum use of connectivity. This is seen in the exceptional success and ongoing efforts, which also support the Digital Pakistan mission.

Dr. Sara Saeed Khurram, CEO of Sehat Kahani, also commented on the development, saying, “We congratulate Zong for an impactful collaboration of over 12000 e-health sessions. Our goal was to guarantee that every Pakistani could receive medical care. And our collaboration with Zong is a clear example of it. We are building a more inclusive Digital Pakistan through sustainable and digital health services.

The cooperation with Sehat Kahani, which started in 2020 and supports Zong’s CSR ideology, has served as a beacon for the company’s dedication to Digital Pakistan.
