This innovation allows customers to encash cheques instantly, reducing dependence on branch visits, minimizing waiting times, and significantly enhancing transaction convenience.

QMatch has revolutionized cheque encashment by integrating real-time, secure, and efficient processing capabilities, marking a milestone in Pakistan’s shift toward digital banking. By seamlessly combining financial technologies, the solution ensures instant verification and transaction execution, streamlining banking operations.

Reflecting on this digital transformation, Ashfaque Ahmed, Chief Information Officer (CIO) of BankIslami, emphasized the bank’s commitment to enhancing accessibility, security, and operational efficiency. The implementation of QMatch aligns with the industry’s digital transformation goals by offering a faster and more reliable alternative to traditional cheque encashment methods.

This initiative underscores TouchPoint’s dedication to driving innovation in the financial sector through phygital banking solutions.
