Islamabad has become one of the leading regions in Pakistan to experience a dedicated Canva for Education training rollout, as Tech Valley Pakistan, an official Canva for Education partner in the country, successfully concluded an intensive four-day training program held from May 11 to 14, 2026. Conducted in strategic partnership with the Federal Directorate of Education under the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, the initiative brought together more than 800 participants, including school heads and Information Technology teachers from institutions across Islamabad’s urban and rural sectors.

The training rollout was inaugurated at ICG F-6/2 and was headlined by the Minister of State for Education, Wajiha Qamar, underscoring the government’s active support for integrating digital tools into public education. Operating with a two-trainer-per-batch ratio and dedicated on-ground support, Tech Valley’s Master Trainers worked closely with school administration and teaching staff to bring Canva’s suite of design and Artificial Intelligence tools into practical, classroom-level use. Participants were introduced to Canva’s Magic Studio capabilities, which are designed to reduce lesson preparation time while increasing the quality and creativity of educational content. Trainers also guided educators through the platform’s Learn Grid feature to help structure culturally relevant and localized teaching material that aligns with the Ministry’s broader vision for education.

By the fourth day of the program, participating teachers had progressed to the point of independently presenting capstone projects, which consisted of fully customized and localized lesson plans built entirely within the Canva platform. This marked a significant shift in how educators engaged with design and Artificial Intelligence tools, many of whom had limited prior exposure to such technology. Feedback gathered from the surveyed educators at the conclusion of the training reflected an overwhelmingly positive response, with the majority indicating they now feel fully prepared to incorporate Canva’s tools into their daily classroom practices.

Tech Valley has invited other educational institutions across Pakistan to book customized Canva for Education training sessions for their own campuses. Institutions interested in bringing this program to their faculty can reach Tech Valley Pakistan by phone at 0333-5306444, by email at hello@techvalley.pk, or through their official website.
