The final day of GITEX Dubai 2025 marked an energetic end to a week of innovation, networking, and global engagement for Pakistan’s technology industry. Representing the country’s growing digital capabilities, the Pakistan Software Houses Association (P@SHA) and its delegation took part in numerous discussions, networking sessions, and business meetings that underscored Pakistan’s expanding footprint in the international tech ecosystem. The atmosphere throughout the day was filled with optimism and collaboration as delegates from Pakistan interacted with global technology companies, startups, and investors to explore future partnerships and joint opportunities.

Leading the delegation were Sajjad Syed, Chairman of P@SHA, along with Senior Vice Chairman Muhammad Umair Nizam, CEC Members Sheikh Abdul Qadir and Usman Akbar, and Director Brand and Global Outreach Kheezran Khan. Together with other delegates, they proudly represented Pakistan’s IT and software industry, highlighting its capacity for innovation and technical excellence. Throughout the day, the P@SHA team visited multiple exhibitor booths, held exchanges with regional and international representatives, and explored new avenues for business collaboration. The delegation’s presence reinforced Pakistan’s role as a fast-evolving tech destination with strong potential for global partnerships.

Pakistan’s participation at GITEX Global 2025 proved to be an important milestone for the country’s IT sector. Over 100 companies participated under the Pakistan Pavilion, showcasing cutting-edge digital solutions, software products, and services across a range of industries. These companies attracted significant interest from investors and technology leaders from across the GCC and beyond. Sajjad Syed and Muhammad Umair Nizam led several meetings with investors, culminating in the signing of key Memoranda of Understanding aimed at enhancing international cooperation and expanding opportunities for Pakistani startups. These engagements signaled growing global confidence in Pakistan’s IT sector and demonstrated the country’s increasing contribution to the global digital economy.

P@SHA’s active participation and leadership at GITEX Dubai 2025 reflected a strong commitment to promoting Pakistan’s technology ecosystem internationally. The association’s efforts have continuously focused on expanding the visibility of local companies, facilitating trade linkages, and creating opportunities for knowledge exchange. By engaging with global technology organizations, P@SHA continues to position Pakistan as a reliable and competitive source of IT services and innovation. The event’s final day not only celebrated Pakistan’s achievements but also reinforced the importance of international collaboration in driving future growth. It was a week defined by connection, ambition, and progress for Pakistan’s technology industry, closing on a high note of collective pride and optimism.
