Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) has announced the opening of registrations for its SheWins Training Program, an initiative aimed at empowering women with contemporary digital skills and fostering their participation in Pakistan’s evolving digital economy. The program focuses on specialized courses in AI-powered e-Commerce and AI digital marketing with an emphasis on freelancing opportunities. Designed as a two-month online bootcamp, SheWins offers participants practical experience and hands-on training to help them build sustainable careers in the digital marketplace. Interested female candidates can complete their registration online through the SheWins portal, with the program fee set at Rs. 25,000.

PITB Chairman Faisal Yousaf emphasized that the initiative is intended to equip women with capabilities that leverage artificial intelligence to establish a strong presence in the digital economy. By integrating AI with e-Commerce and digital marketing, participants can gain skills that are increasingly relevant in today’s technology-driven business environment. The SheWins program is structured to provide not only theoretical knowledge but also practical exposure to real-world digital challenges, helping participants transform their learning into marketable competencies.

The program reflects a broader commitment by Pakistan’s technology authorities to reduce the gender gap in digital skills and ensure inclusive participation in the nation’s digital transformation. With a focus on online accessibility, SheWins allows women from across the country to engage in training without geographic limitations. The curriculum is designed to familiarize participants with the latest digital tools, platforms, and AI applications relevant to online business operations, marketing strategies, and freelancing ecosystems, creating opportunities for economic empowerment and professional growth.

Digital literacy and AI integration are increasingly critical for Pakistan’s emerging tech economy, and initiatives like SheWins aim to equip women with both technical proficiency and entrepreneurial acumen. By providing structured guidance and access to resources, PITB is fostering a generation of women capable of contributing meaningfully to the digital marketplace. Through the SheWins program, women are encouraged to develop innovative solutions, engage with global markets, and participate confidently in Pakistan’s expanding technology and e-Commerce sectors.
