JazzWorld participated in the Paklaunch UNConference 2026 held at Serena Hotel in Islamabad, with Chief Executive Officer Aamir Ibrahim and Ali Fahd, President Jazz Lifestyle Ventures, representing the company across two days of discussions on Pakistan’s digital economy, startup ecosystem, and the future of technology-driven services. The conference brought together founders, investors, policymakers, and global operators to address themes spanning artificial intelligence, digital platforms, fintech, and emerging technologies, with Pakistan positioned at what JazzWorld described as a critical inflection point between opportunity and execution.
In his opening remarks, Aamir Ibrahim noted that Pakistan is experiencing renewed international attention and engagement, with increasing interest from global investors and stakeholders in the country’s digital potential. Reflecting on recent engagements at international forums, he highlighted that this momentum presents a timely opportunity to attract investment in both digital infrastructure and the broader technology ecosystem. The framing was deliberate: rather than celebrating where Pakistan is, JazzWorld’s message centred on the urgency of converting that external interest into tangible, on-the-ground progress at scale.
On the second day, Ali Fahd represented JazzWorld in a session on Digital Platforms and Innovation, where he highlighted the company’s evolution into a leading integrated Digital ServiceCo under its DO1440 strategy. He elaborated that JazzWorld is building a diversified ecosystem spanning entertainment, healthcare, insurance, and lifestyle platforms to deliver inclusive digital services, emphasising the importance of leveraging customer insights to address structural gaps, and citing healthcare access for women as a key example. Through platforms such as ApnaClinic, JazzWorld is enabling affordable and remote access to healthcare services for underserved populations, particularly women facing mobility and affordability constraints.
As highlighted throughout the discussions, Pakistan’s digital trajectory will depend not only on infrastructure and ambition, but on sustained execution, innovation, and the ability to deliver measurable impact. For JazzWorld, which has been simultaneously rolling out 5G services, expanding its cloud and enterprise infrastructure through Garaj, and building out lifestyle and fintech platforms, the UNConference participation reflects a broader effort to position the company not just as a telecommunications operator but as a central pillar of Pakistan’s digital economy, one that connects infrastructure, services, and the capital flows needed to sustain both.
